New in the Shop!

I am so excited to announce the new organic Russian Nesting Dolls are here! Each of these is a different size and has a different sound inside. They have the most adorable prints on the front and vintage chenille on the back.

Large doll measures 7 inches (17 cm) tall and has a bell inside.
Medium doll measures 6 inches (15 cm) tall and has a rattle inside.
Small doll measures 4 inches (10 cm) tall and has crinkle paper inside.

Such a fun way to explore sound, texture, and size!

Regal Loves: Custom Cute Couple, a Matryoshka Print

Custom Matryoshka Couple Print by LuvInEveryMinute

It's February and love is in the air! Don't you just adore this cute Matryoshka couple by LuvInEveryMinute? Patricia also has lots of other adorable art prints that I love: Robots, Bicycles, Gnomes, and so much more!

Peek Inside the Sweetest Matryoshka

This is a busy, busy time at the Regal Cottage.  I'm hard at work getting ready for the party+craft+art+show known as the Etsy Dallas Spring Bash. So I thought it might be fun to give you a little peak behind the scenes.

Here's a look at how I make the Sweetest Matryoshka dolls.

First, I take this lovely vintage chenille,

and mix it up with my favorite Matryoshka print.

These sweeties are patiently awaiting their stuffing and rattles/bells. {I'm now making these in two options, with quiet bells or with louder rattles. I've found that some like them dainty and quiet, and some like to really hear them!}.

And then, finally, we have a fresh batch of Sweetest Matryoshka dolls all ready for the show!

Hope to see you at the Spring Bash Saturday, April 30th!
