Hope to see you there.

{LOVE}-ly - The Shopping Event with a Heart

Benefiting Dwell with Dignity

Kelley McCarter Copeland, creator of the blog:The Hidden List , and Amy Lambert Lee, creator of the blog: House of Wentworth, have joined forces with Julie McCullough Kim, owner of IndieGenius and Make Studio, to bring the metroplex a unique shopping experience. Benefiting Dwell With Dignity, Lovely - The Shopping Event With A Heart, will be held Thursday, February 10, 2011 at 409 N. Zang inside the much raved about and recently opened IndieGenius 5,000 sqft general store. IndieGenius is home to 50+ micro-boutiques, selling your favorite handmade, locally made, and vintage wears from names you have become familiar with through the Urban Bazaar and Etsy Shows. From handbags to housewares, jewelry to children's goods, mid-century modern furniture to refinished classics, art, ceramics, gifts and more...a truly unique shopping event awaits!

Dwell With Dignity's mission is to help families escape poverty and homelessness through design; one home at a time. By bringing good design to those less fortunate, families are inspired to maintain a standard of living in a home they can be proud of and thrive in. Copeland, Lee and Kim will present some of Dallas finest handmade wares and vintage goods with a portion of the sales benefiting Dwell With Dignity. Along with the opportunity to learn more about and become a member of Dwell With Dignity, the night will include a photo booth, raffle, lite bites, including chocolates from Cindy Elizabeth Pedraza of CoCo Andre Chocolate, and bubbly.

Dwell With Dignity's founders, Lisa Robinson and Kim Turner, along with the hosts for the evening are featured in the newly released publication, CRAVE Dallas. Each guest will have the opportunity to purchase a copy of this book and meet these creative women featured in this book, sold in boutiques around Dallas. All profits from the books purchased during the event will also be donated to Dwell With Dignity.
